Spring Virtual Run
The Spring Equinox can now be run anywhere around the country with the Virtual Race option!
Have another obligation on race day? Not ready for an in-person race? Want to save a few $ but still enjoy the race swag?
Now you can run the Spring Equinox Half Marathon or 5k anywhere and still receive the same great race swag!
All you need is a watch or smartphone, your imagination, and some running shoes. Accountability partner, running buddy, and your friendly pups are optional but highly recommended.
Virtual Runner’s package includes:
• Race shirt
• Finisher medal
• Sticker
You will need to complete and submit proof for your virtual run by March 31st to receive your event race package.
Virtual Race Rules:
Run your race distance anytime during the month of March 2024
Submit your virtual run results by March 31st.
Virtual race results can be submitted March 1st – March 31st, 2024
If you are registered for the in-person race can no longer attend you may transfer into the virtual race.
Registration for Virtual Run will close March 30th.
Acceptable Virtual Race Entry Proof:
– Photo proof of your tracking device ( smartphone, GPS watch, dreadmill or as some of you like to call it, a treadmill)
– A Link to Garmin, MapMyRun, Strava, or other tracking apps.
Important Information:
Your finish time will be posted on the Virtual Results Page.
Virtual Race Packets will be available for pickup at Runners Roost Fort Collins from March 25th – April 7th, 2024 or will be mailed for an additional fee. Packet delivery option is chosen during registration.
Virtual Race registration is required in order to participate in the program.
